Your Check-In Process
To ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival, please follow these simple steps:
1. Before You Arrive:
Please notify our site supervisor of your estimated arrival time a day in advance. A quick call 5 minutes before you actually arrive helps us welcome you personally.
2. Upon Arrival:
Parking: If you are arriving by private vehicle, please use the designated parking space located 30 meters ahead of our main gate, on the opposite side of the road.
Once parked, please inform our site supervisor of your arrival and we will be right out to assist you with your luggage.
3. Check-In:
Please have the photo ID documents for all members of your group ready for a quick and efficient check-in process.
Early Arrival or Late Departure?
While we are unable to guarantee early check-in or late check-out due to our preparation standards, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us and enjoy the nearby beach or places until your room is ready.
