Cancellation Policy

At Bougainvillea Beach Home, we understand that sometimes plans need to change. We strive to be as flexible and fair as possible.

For your peace of mind, our standard policy is:

• Full refund if your stay is cancelled 15 days or more before your arrival.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 8 to 14 days before arrival.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund for cancellations made within 7 days of your check-in date.
• As a gesture of goodwill, we will gladly offer a 25% discount on a future stay with us within the next 3 months, provided we are notified at least 3 days prior to your original check-in.

Your comfort and safety are our priority. In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as critical maintenance, extreme weather, or official orders, you will receive a 100% refund immediately.

Please note that Bougainvillea Beach Home is also our private residence. On exceedingly rare occasions, we may need to adjust bookings to accommodate family needs. Should this ever affect your stay, a full refund will be provided, and we will do our very best to help you find alternative accommodation nearby.

We appreciate your understanding that we must reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund in the event of guest misconduct, disturbance to other residents or staff, or illegal activity.
